Applicable situation: The electrode substrate is a polyimide substrate with a thickness 8um. using micro-nano processing technology, the contacts diameter within 10um, and they are arranged linearly up and down according to a certain distance. The minimum contact distance is 10-02um which can record different up and down. The deep single neuron signal can be implanted into the brain with the help of a specific metal micro-electrode. After the electrode needle is pulled out, only the flexible electrode part is retained which has better biocompatibility and it is more conducive to the detection of long-term spike/LFP signals.
