Product introduction
The water flow sensor is mainly composed of plastic valve body, water flow rotor assembly and hall sensor.
It is installed at the water inlet end of the water heater and is used to measure the inflow rate as water passes through the flow rotor assembly.
The magnetic rotor rotates and the rotation speed changes with the flow rate.
The hall sensor outputs the corresponding pulse
The signal is fed back to the controller, which judges the size of water flow and regulates it.
Precautions for use:
Severe shock and chemical erosion are strictly prohibited.
Throwing or bumping is strictly prohibited.
Medium temperature should not exceed 120 degrees
Output waveform: square wave
Outgoing line:
1. Red IN to the positive pole
2. Yellow OUT signal output line
3. Black GND with negative electrode
4. Green R temperature induction (3950K, 50K or 3950K, please ask the customer to choose according to their own requirements)
Frequency: F=5.5*Q(L/Min)-3 error: ¡À2%
That is, frequency calculation = constant 5.5* unit flow (L/min) * time (seconds) -3
