Kty84-150 temperature sensor is a silicon material temperature sensor, which is characterized by a wide range of temperature measurement, small volume and rapid response. According to the temperature change in the measuring range - 55 ℃ to + 210 ℃, the resistance basically changes linearly from about 300 Ω to 2000 Ω.
(It is an alternative to NXP Kty84-150 ).
