Product features:

1. Gold-plated plate: copper gold-plated (gold-plated layer thickness: 10µ"), dense coating, good electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, stable signal;

      Silver-plated plate: copper and silver-plated (silver-plated layer thickness: 15um), dense coating, good electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, stable signal;

2. TPU wire: imported high-quality raw materials, strong tensile strength, corrosion resistance, good elasticity and good resilience.

3. Connector: 1.5mm standard hole type interface terminal, the number of plugs and unplugs is >3000 times, compatible with various EEG amps.

 

Instructions for use:

1. After determining the installation location of the corresponding electrode according to the international 10-20 standard positioning method, dip a cotton swab in medical alcohol or a special eeg scrub to treat the scalp under the electrode installation location (remove head oil, head fat, and reduce skin impedance);

2. Use the electrode tray to scoop an appropriate amount of medical conductive paste, poke the hair with a cotton swab, press the electrode tray on the treated scalp, mix the overflowing conductive paste with the hair around the electrode tray, and cover the electrode to make the electrode more firmly fixed.;

3. Check the fixation of each electrode, and wear a medical elastic mesh cap (or other cloth cap) for reinforcement to prevent the electrode from falling off by external forces during use.;

4. Connect the amplifier and start normal testing when the impedance of all electrodes drops below the preset impedance threshold of the device.

 

Remarks:

1. The disc-shaped electrode is accurately positioned and flexible in operation. According to the operator's usage habits, the subject can also be put on a medical elastic mesh cap or elastic bandage first, and then all the test electrodes can be fixed in turn. If necessary, a layer of medical surgical cap can be added to the elastic mesh cap or elastic bandage to prevent the electrode from shifting during sleep.;

2. The substrate of the gold-plated and silver-plated electrode discs is generally made of pure copper. After a period of use, if the coating is found to fall off or damaged, a new electrode disc should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the test effect.;

3. The coating thickness of the silver-plated electrode plate is 15um (1um=40µ"), which is often more durable than the gold-plated electrode under normal use.


Cleaning and preservation:

1. Soak the electrode tray in warm water for 15-20 minutes. When the conductive paste begins to melt slowly, rinse directly with water. When cleaning, avoid contact with water at one end of the connector.;

2. Dry in a cool and ventilated place and set aside. Avoid direct sunlight. When not in use for a long time, store in a dry oven.


Disinfection: It can be disinfected under ultraviolet light for 30 minutes. When disinfecting, pay attention to covering the wire with gauze. It is strictly forbidden to use disinfectants containing strong oxidizing or reducing ingredients (such as hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate solution, iodine wine, Xinjieer, pasteurized disinfectant, bleaching powder, etc.), otherwise it will affect the electrode performance.
